Our Public Involvement Director, Garold Smith, brings an unequaled breadth and depth of public involvement experience, including projects with the North Carolina Department of Transportation, North Carolina Railroad Company, the Colorado Department of Transportation, a variety of municipalities, and a number of engineering and planning firms.

Eydo is certified by the North Carolina Department of Transportation to provide public involvement and Limited English Proficiency (LEP) services, employing a Spanish translator and Cultural Consultant to address the particular needs of the Hispanic community. The firm is also certified by NCDOT and the Virginia Department of Transportation as a Small Professional Services Firm (SPSF).
